I understand coaching as a subtle dance between listening, adjustment, clear intention and presence to the other, without forcing. You explain to me what you live and feel, where you want to go, we set up an action plan, you test then analyzes and we redirect according to your needs. Thus, success is only a matter of time, commitment and pleasure of course!

Encounter
During a discussion without obligation, we discuss your situation and your needs. I make sure I can answer your request. BNF coaching : This discussion takes place during session #1.

Appointment
You choose your pack and as soon as the coaching is launched, you make your appointments independently on my calendly agenda.

Detailed clarification of the current situation, intermediate objectives and stages, possible obstacles. You know where to go and how.
