    In most situations, in-depth work typically takes 8 to 20 hours spread over a few months. The formats below allow you to adapt the pace to your needs.

1. Strategic Support – High Intensity

For leaders, executives, professional athletes or artists, public figures and high-profile individuals facing complex challenges or periods of high responsibility.

• 5-hour package — CHF 2500

• 10-hour package — CHF 4500

• Individual sessions last between 1 and 2 hours.
• Opportunities for occasional exchanges and follow-up between sessions
. • The time spent on each session or intervention is deducted from the package.
• Possibility of occasional intensification during critical periods.

2. Personal support

For committed individuals wishing to strengthen their mental stability and develop their mental strength in demanding contexts.

• 5-hour package — CHF 1500

• 10-hour package — CHF 2800

The sessions last 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes. The time is deducted from the package.

 

Practical details

• The sessions take place via Zoom or in person in Montreux

• Working languages: French, English and German

• All support is strictly confidential. No public communication or named testimonials will be given without explicit authorization.

• All packages are paid for in full before the first session.
